Cooking classes with local cook, each workshop includes a tasting of the dishes prepared during the lesson matched with local wines.
Day 1 – Pasta fresca – home made pasta
4 hours workshop : tagliatelle, ravioli, umbrichelli (traditional Umbrian spaghetti).
Day 2 – Pizza and bread
4 hours workshop : Traditional Umbrian bread and/or flat bread, “Schiacciata” (traditional Umbrian pizza).
Day 3 – Umbrian legumes
3 hours workshop : soups or salads with different legumes according to the Season.
