The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance from the garden. It has a full kitchen and dining area with a comfortable lounge area.
The apartment is very well suited to families, situated on the ground floor and with the enclosed garden and patio areas
From the dining area, you can access the private patio and garden with outside table and chairs and a BBQ. Access to the garden and patio is solely for apartment guests. The two bedrooms of the apartment are La Luna and Le Stelle. The gallery below shows all the rooms of the apartment. There is very safe on street parking directly outside Casa Lilla.
We have a baby cot, highchair, kids toys and books, and we can put up smaller camp beds for young children if requested, all supplied free of charge. All areas in the apartment have good WIFI internet coverage, we use WIFI repeaters on each floor of Casa Lilla so you can enjoy uninterrupted WIFI service. When the apartment is not rented out we use the two bedrooms of the apartment as bed and breakfast rooms.
Casa Lilla in Acquasparta
Casa Lilla is built onto the old town walls of Acquasparta and there are lots of shops, 3 supermarkets, several bars/cafés and several restaurants/pizzerias just a few minutes walk away, there is even a little pub in Acquasparta, which is unusual for a small Italian town, the pub also serves food at night and often have live music on the weekends. The summer months are a great time to visit Umbria as all the small towns have festivals on and each town has taverna open, places where you can get typical local food and wine cooked by the local mamma’s for next to nothing, they really are a great experience.
We strive to provide everything that you could possibly need for a holiday stay, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are all fully tiled and all have double size shower enclosures with power showers, the mattresses are thick and luxurious and the linens are the best quality. There is a large selection of books, DVD films, games and music. The kitchen is well equipped with 4 ring gas hob, freezer fridge, grill, full-size oven, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and lots of dishes, cutlery, pots pans, cooking utensils, etcetera, etcetera. everything you could possibly need. It has 2 large double bedrooms, (La Luna and Le Stelle) both with beautiful new en-suite bathrooms.
The dining/kitchen area is very spacious with a wood burning stove and as with all the rooms at Casa Lilla, the apartment is centrally heated with thermostat controls in each room. In the bedrooms, there are an alarm clock radio, hair-dryer, ironing board and iron. There are floor fans for the summer months, but with its location on the ground floor, the apartment stays lovely and cool even during the hottest days. The railway station in Acquasparta is less than 5 minutes walk away and from there you can get the local provincial trains to Perugia (north) or to Terni (south) and from Terni, you can get a train to anywhere. The train service from Terni to Perugia is currently out of service, we do not have a date yet for it resuming, if it will at all, it is in discussion with several parties as far as we know. There is a replacement bus service for it in place. Terni is 15 minutes away, we often take trains when we go out for the day and they are very good value.

Prices do not include Easter or Christmas periods, Please contact us for these dates. Prices quoted above are per week, for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, self-catering apartment, maximum 4 persons, (We can supply a camp bed for a small child). Prices quoted in EURO and include all taxes, linens, towels, electricity and water usage, we also supply a generous welcome pack for your arrival. During September and October if heating is used this is subject to an extra charge based on gas usage. We can supply a fold-out bed for a child in the larger bedroom and a babies cot is also available.
