This small restaurant located in the centre of Portaria is very special. The chef / proprietor Gianni Calabretto is very skilled indeed. His food is typically Umbrian in style but he has updated rustic recipes and refined them. He sources his produce from local suppliers and has a well stocked wine cellar. More to follow….
