Within a 50-60km radius of Acquasparta, you can reach many historic towns and cities including, Spoleto, Norcia, Todi, Assisi, Perugia, Trevi, Foligno, Deruta, Orvieto, Terni, and many more. If you want to go a bit further then from Terni you can catch a train to Rome which is just over 1 hour away, easy to do for a day trip.
Having a car is not essential for a stay at Casa Lilla but if you want to explore the surrounding towns then we would recommend having your own transport.
